Criteria of the Award
- A Malaysian
- A registered person with BEM
- Impact to nation building and society.
- Creativity and innovativeness
- Resourcefulness in their roles, responsibilities and functions
- Has shown selfless and meritorious service to the engineering industry
- Recognized within their own sector or industry
- A leader and a role model with high integrity
- Shall not exceed 40 years of age on the closing date of nomination.

Nomination of Award
- Engineering organisations such as government agencies, GLCs, associations, IHLs, ECPs and engineering companies may nominate their nominees for consideration.
- All nominations must have a proposer and a seconder for each of the nominations.
- Only one (1) nomination per organisation is allowed.
- Nominee will be the best-choice nominee of the organisation.
- Nominations of nominees must include complete biodata and verifiable evidence that meet each criteria.
- Nomination form must be signed by Proposer, Seconder and Nominee.

PRE-REQUISITES
- A Malaysian
- A registered person with BEM
- No disciplinary record with BEM
- No criminal record
- Not a bankrupt
- Shall not exceed 40 years of age on the closing date of nomination.

Process of Application
**The completed Online Form shall be uploaded with the supporting documents (proof/evidence) together with CV or Biodata through the provided link.**Submit a scanned copy of the duly completed and signed Proposer Declaration Form, Seconder Declaration Form and Nominee Acceptance and Declaration Form in the respective link.
**BEM will send an email to notify receipt of nominations.
**BEM will reject incomplete nominations.
**Award Winner will be notified by BEM before the award ceremony.
**Announcement and conferment of the awards will be made at the BEM Convention 2024 in October 2024.
